One prerequisite is that you need to keep your service active for 30 days or other time period.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on\u00a0rewardcenter.att.com\/myattrewardcard (Click the link in Reference Links at the bottom of this page to visit this site) and hit \u201cReward Center Home\u201d in the top navigation bar to get started.<\/li>\n<li>Input the Redemption ID or Confirmation Number found in the reward notification letter or provide your account number &amp; zip code. Press \u201cgo\u201d to continue.<\/li>\n<li>Finish the whole process with a few inputs. In the center, you can also\u00a0monitor the reward status, view\u00a0reward eligibility and so forth.<\/li>\n<li>The reward card will arrive within 4 weeks or sooner after redemption.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please note that this entry is not valid for business customers.
